Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Rally Round, the network platform behind "Move, for good". They apply when you tap a reaction that asks who you are, sign in, or use an organiser's console.

What Rally Round is

Rally Round records participation: who joined, attended, organised or supported a Moment, and what was given. It never moves money. Tickets, donations and payments happen with the provider a Moment's host chooses, and Rally Round records what happened afterwards.

Your account, if you have one

You do not need to sign in to read anything. When a reaction needs to know who you are, you give a first name and an email address, and you confirm the address by tapping a link we send to it. That link signs you in. You can add a passkey afterwards so that your device signs you in next time; you never have to.

You are responsible for the email address and any device you use to sign in. Tell the organisers if you think someone else has used them.

What you agree to

- To give a name and an email address that are yours. - To use the platform for taking part, organising or supporting real activity, and not to harvest, scrape or misuse anyone's details. - That organisers of a Moment you join can see that you joined, and the first name and email you gave, so that they can run it.

Organisers

If you act for an organisation or team on Rally Round, you do so because a person already representing it added you. You are responsible for what you do with the details of the people who joined, and for contacting them only in the ways they agreed to.

Changes

When these terms change, a new version is published with a summary of what changed, and you are asked to agree to it the next time you do something that needs it. Every past version stays readable. You are never locked out of reading anything for not having agreed to a newer version.
